Veteran Independent Medical Evaluation Services provides private, objective medical evaluations for Veterans seeking documentation of current medical conditions and functional limitations. Services may include review of relevant medical records, a focused medical history and physical examination, and completion of appropriate publicly available VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Independent medical opinions may also be provided when clinically appropriate and supported by the available medical evidence.
All evaluations and opinions are based on independent clinical judgment and objective medical evidence. Payment is for professional evaluation and documentation services and does not guarantee a diagnosis, favorable medical opinion, service connection, disability rating, or other VA benefit outcome.
This is an independent clinical service and is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The clinic does not provide legal representation or guarantee VA claim outcomes.
